Welmar pianos were founded in 1925, in London. The firm quickly established itself as a quality name representing ‘the best of British’, making pianos synonymous with a responsive touch, a golden tone and superb craftsmanship. Over the next 70 years, Welmar pianos were to be found in homes, schools and concert halls across Britain.
This piano has been repolished showing off its beautiful mahogany veneer, and the strings, hammers and action were recently restored. This is a really lovely solid piano and a very reasonable price. It will last for years to come and must be distinguished from older unrestored pianos.
